MNP Tower

Oxford Properties
Vancouver, British Columbia
The MNP Tower is one of Vancouver’s most significant commercial towers. The tower was built on the last available site in the harbor district of Vancouver’s business core, is 35 stories high, and covers a total of 395,646 sq. ft.

MNP Tower was designed in collaboration with local firm Musson Cattel Mackey Partnership and world-renowned architecture firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, and is the first building in Western Canada designed by the global firm.

The technically challenging build included curved and shingled glazing, preservation of the heritage facade of the University Club at ground level, and multiple connections and renovations to surrounding buildings on a complex and tight site. The tower includes 284,250 sq. ft. for offices, retail space, amenities, and 83,790 sq. ft. for parking.

MNP Tower is LEED Gold Core and Shell certified, and is also striving to attain the first WELL Building Standard certification in Canada.
